Shipping and Delivery

• The delivery timeframe depends on your country. Normally shipping takes 2 to 3 working days.

Return and Refund

• In case of a refund, customers should pay the refund charges and shipping charges (if the shipping has been generated.)
• Hummer USA Fitness Items are thoroughly checked and tested before being stored and shipped. We ensure that each product has passed numerous quality inspections. In case that any of our items is damaged or not performing its main purpose, We offer a return policy with the following terms.
  • Item must not be damaged or overused.
  • Item must be in the original packaging
  • Accessories or clothing must be not used.
  • And do not exceed 24 hours upon receiving the item.

  HOW TO RETURN

  Step 1: Contact us via mail (sales@hummerusafitness.com) with a brief explanation of what’s wrong with the product and attached image.
  Step 2: Wait for our response within 24 working hours.
  Step 3: Once we have validated that the damage of malfunction is from our side, We will schedule an item pickup and we will send you a new product.
